Shipping and Return Policy

1. Shipping and Processing.

Items generally ship within 10 business days of completion of an order and will typically arrive within 20 business days of being shipped. Occasionally, processing times may be longer, particularly during holiday seasons. Business days are exclusive of weekends and holidays.

Shipping carriers may experience delays, and Goretti has no control over these delays or the delivery date once the item has shipped. Goretti does not guarantee when orders will arrive, nor is Goretti responsible or liable in any way for items that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged once delivered to or picked up by the shipping carrier. Users are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate address for delivery. If an order is returned to Goretti due to an incomplete or inaccurate address, the User will be responsible for all shipping costs related to reshipping the order and, further, all shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds that Users request related to an order not being deliverable due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address.

All items ship from the United States. Goretti does not accept or ship orders internationally at this time. Goretti also does not accept orders from or ship to Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Vermont, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories outside the continental United States. Goretti reserves the right to reject any order that would incur cost-prohibitive shipping expenses, with such determination to be made in the sole and absolute discretion of Goretti.

2. Returns and Exchanges.

Goretti wants Users to be happy with their purchases. Users should inspect the order immediately upon receipt. If an order arrives damaged or defective or if the wrong item is received, Users may request a return or exchange in accordance with the instructions below.

a. Eligibility.

Users must contact Goretti within 30 days of Purchase to request a return or exchange via Goretti’s on-line system. Any item that is sent back to Goretti without Goretti accepting the return/exchange request will not be accepted by Goretti. For any item to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must (i) be damaged or defective upon arrival or (ii) be the wrong item, as reflected on the completed Purchase. For returns, the item must be returned to Goretti in original condition and in its original packaging, with proof-of-purchase included in the returned package.

b. Instructions for Returns.

To request a refund or exchange, Users must provide the order number, the item(s) they would like to return, and the reason for the return (see Eligibility). Upon approval, Goretti will provide instructions and the shipping address for the return. Users must package the item(s) in its original packaging, enclose proof-of-purchase, and ship the item with tracking information using USPS.

Once the returned item is received, Goretti will determine if the item meets its eligibility requirements, and if approved, Goretti will determine, in its sole but reasonable discretion, whether to process the return as a refund or an exchange (please note that original artwork is not eligible for exchange).

c. Refunds.

If the item is to be refunded, Goretti will refund the Purchase amount, less any shipping and processing fees (unless the item returned was damaged or incorrect due to Goretti’s error), to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, Goretti is not in control of the time necessary for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to the User’s account.

d. Exchanges.

For exchanges, Goretti will send a replacement product of identical specifications to the shipping address listed on the original order within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks of transit time for the carrier to make the delivery and note that Goretti reserves the right to charge shipping and processing fees to the original payment method, unless the item returned was damaged or incorrect due to Goretti’s error.

3. General.

Any capitalized terms used in this Shipping and Return Policy but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning set forth in Goretti’s Terms of Use, which are available for all Users on the Site.
